The HARVEST FAMILY JAM celebrates arts and music, promotes environmental awareness & self-sufficiency, and brings people together on the Buckland Flowers & Produce Farm. Our festival is not just another market; it's a celebration of community spirit and artistic expression. With live music performances, interactive educational presentations, and local culinary delights showcasing the season's harvest, we aim to create an unforgettable experience for all ages. Our print and digital marketing campaign for central Virginia reaches restaurants, libraries, schools, and community centers and advertises along Route 5 and the Capital Bike Trail, stretching over 51 miles between Williamsburg and Richmond. With these and other targeted efforts, the Harvest Family Jam presents an excellent opportunity for brand visibility and engagement with families and individuals who share a passion for art, music, and nature. Our vendor fee is only $30 if paid before the deadline; $50 after. Our deadline generally falls on the 1st Saturday of the month of the corresponding event. Vendor registration closes 24 hours before the event starts (2 pm Friday). By participating in our festival, you will not only gain exposure to a diverse audience but also contribute to the vibrant tapestry of our local community.
Important information for Vendors:
Vendor Application: If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to fill out the vendor application form (below). This will serve as confirmation for the specific event date you will be attending and allow us to finalize the vendor layout. As soon as it is available, we will share the event map with everyone ensuring a smooth and organized setup.
Setup Time: We advise that vendors arrive 30-45 minutes early on the day of the event to begin setting up. This will give you ample time to prepare your booth and familiarize yourself with the space before the festival's opening. Click here for directions and an event map.
Parking: A special gated parking area for our vendors and volunteers is just east of the Vendor Pavilion and will be clearly marked for your arrival. These gates will be closed at 1:45 pm to guide attendee traffic to the general parking areas. Don’t worry, you can still get out around the back side of the lot.
Please take a moment to review the Event Map and identify the parking areas, vendor pavilion, restrooms, and sink access (cold water only). Let us know if you have any concerns or suggestions. Your feedback and participation are crucial to the success of the festival.
